ADSYS Gmail MCP is an internal tool for ADSYS Pty Ltd staff. It runs on the staff member's own computer and connects an AI assistant to that person's Gmail account.
With the account owner's permission, the app can read email messages, attachments, labels and Gmail settings (including the email signature), and can create drafts and send email when the owner asks it to.
Data is used only to carry out tasks requested by the account owner, such as summarising messages or preparing replies and quotations. It is not used for advertising, profiling or any other purpose.
Authorisation tokens are stored locally on the owner's computer. The app does not operate its own server and does not sell, rent or share Gmail data with third parties. Content is only passed to the AI assistant the owner is using, to complete the requested task.
The app's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The account owner can revoke access at any time from their Google Account security settings (Third-party apps with account access).
